-Extreme Cold: Cold weather can be especially detrimental to her, she was made for warmer climates. At times of the year when it is a bit chilly outside you will find that she never leaves the cafe
-Iron: Iron will burn her skin and it takes longer for her to heal from than most wounds.
-Dehydration: While most people need water to live, for her she can become extremely weakened if she goes without it for too long, and potentially even die. She must have at least 20 oz of water every 8 hours to avoid the side effects of dehydration

Personality:

Selena is a level headed individual who prefers to go with the flow of life. She is generally kind to everyone she meets unless you give her reason not to be. She takes pleasure in many forms of entertainment, especially in watching those that she trained fight. She feels that there is a certain kind of gracefulness that battle brings out in someone, especially with the confidence it generally instills in someone. She loves confident people and abhors anyone who would try to verbally cut someone down... she believes that that form of attack is cowardly.

History:

She was raised on a small elven planet in the ancient halls of the Water Nymphs. From a young age she showed promise in the ways of elemental magic, and her parents believed that it would be best for her to train hard in her skills. Her path was clearly laid out before her before she reached her tweens, and yet she felt as though her future was uncertain. She wanted to please her parents, but her heart did not lie in becoming an elder for her people. After many years of intense training, she finally got up the courage to speak with her parents and explain her wishes. Reluctantly they agreed to let her go out to the other worlds to see if her destiny truly belonged somewhere beyond.

Selena took a small vessle with a select crew to travel amongst the stars, in the hopes of finding the place she belonged. After a few months of traveling, they came to Signe. The planet seemed a bustling hub for business, and was quite different as compared to her rather somber down to earth home planet. She fell in love with he culture and immediately decided that this was the place that she felt at home. A few weeks of living on the planet brought her a basic understanding of how things worked, and also a whisper of an underground fighting ring. Though she had never been allowed to fight on her planet she was overwhelmed with curiosity and sought this place out. 

She entered the tournament, and as one might expect from an untrained fighter she lost. However she wouldn't let one loss stop her... or ten losses... or however many it was she lost count. She was determined to make her way through the tournament to prove to herself what she was capable of. After one of her victories she was approached by a shadowy figure, and offered a job and the ability to further her training. She gladly accepted the offer, and fell into her new life with joy. Selena has made this world her home, and no longer feels that her future is uncertain.

Roleplay Example:

Selena stood in the kitchen of her cafe, listening to her favorite CD of the calming sounds of tropical wildlife. A few of her cafe workers were standing nearby, watching as she whisked and filled and covered things with all manner of frosting. She loved training days, it was a true delight to stand in the kitchen and share recipes with people. Putting the finishing touches on one of her more complicated desserts, she turned to her cafe workers and motioned for them to step forward. "I've talked you all through it, do you think you can do it?" The cafe owner asked, smiling in a confident manner. "After all if you all have no qualms stepping in the ring, baking this should be a piece of... cake" she laughed at her unintended pun and stepped back to see if any would accept her challenge.
